Hello There, Sugar!

I'm Mallory, the baker behind Hello Sweet Sugar. a home bakery based in San Tan Valley, Arizona.

Outside of the kitchen, I'm happiest spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and simply making memories with the people I care about. I'm a people person at heart, and I believe some of life's sweetest moments aren't defined by how big the celebration is, but by the people you're sharing it with. That belief is at the heart of everything I create.

For me, baking has never been just about creating beautiful desserts. It's about celebrating the people they're created for and the memories they're part of.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is getting to know each client, hearing the story behind their celebration, and creating something that feels uniquely theirs.

Every order is an opportunity to create a dessert that's uniquely yours, reflects your style, brings people together, and becomes part of a memory you'll look back on for years to come. I believe every dessert should be just as meaningful as the moments they are made for.
